With more than 30 years in healthcare leadership, Linda Holyfield, serves as the President & CEO of Specialty Management Services of Ouachita SMSO and P&S Surgical Hospital.
Linda Holyfield leads the strategic direction and development of the SMSO Team which provide services and support to small and medium healthcare organizations always striving to improve operating efficiencies and reduce cost. .
Terri Hicks, BSBA MBA CFO has more than 20 years in the health care industry. She currently serves as the Sr. Vice President CFO for Specialty Management Services of Ouachita and P&S Surgical Hospital. Terri received her Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting and MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Her strong organizational and leadership skills have proven to achieve excellent physician relations, team building, problem solving, and the ability to facilitate process changes with various healthcare providers.
Christy Childers, MHI, MT(ASCP), CHTS-IM has more than 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. She currently serves as the Director of IT Implementation for Specialty Management of Ouachita and P&S Surgical Hospital. Christy received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Louisiana Monroe and Master of Science in Health Informatics from Louisiana Tech University.
Christy’s strong communication and organizational skills have assisted many clients in successfully selecting and implementing EHR softwares to achieve organizational efficiencies and meet healthcare regulatory requirements including meaningful use. Christy directs a staff of Implementation Specialists for both hospital and physician office practices.
Natalie Ingle, BSHS CHTS-PW serves as the Manager of IT Implementation at Specialty Management Services of Ouachita. Natalie received her Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from University of Louisiana at Monroe. She is also a Certified Healthcare Technology Specialist in Practice Workflow & Information Management Redesign.
Her extensive knowledge surrounding Meaningful Use and practice work flow allows SMSO to offer comprehensive electronic medical record assistance to our clients. Natalie ensures that all SMSO clinics and hospitals large and small attest to Meaningful Use confidently.
Carlos Smith has over 20 years of Information Technology experience and currently serves as Manager of IT Network Services of Specialty Management Services of Ouachita.
Carlos joined Specialty Management Services of Ouachita in 2005 as Network Administrator. Promoted to Information Technology manager in 2013, he is now responsible for all aspects of information technology planning at SMSO. Working in the IT field full time since 1998, Carlos came to SMSO after a long-term consulting assignment with P & S Surgical Hospital while running his own IT firm in West Monroe.
Adebola Shoyebi, BSHS, serves as the Administrative Specialist for Specialty Management Services of Ouachita. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Studies from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Her previous experience as a medical office coordinator, allows her to fully understand the operations and needs of the clients of SMSO. Acting as “The Voice” of SMSO, Adebola’s keen communication skills enable her to foster good, working relationships with all of SMSO’s clinics and hopitals. She is responsible for the management of all contracts, including government and private Meaningful Use.
